Terms of Service — Brokerage Actions
These terms govern use of Brokerage Actions ("the Service"), provided by Twin Paths LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we", "us"). By connecting the Service to a brokerage's systems, the brokerage ("you") agrees to them.
1. What the Service is
The Service is an operations assistant for real-estate brokerages. It helps authorized brokerage users understand their work, prepare and review actions, and coordinate workflows across the systems the brokerage chooses to connect. Capability families may include transaction and listing workflows, documents, communications, calendars, knowledge retrieval, marketing, and reporting. Which are available depends on what the brokerage has connected and approved; connecting an additional system is a separate decision and is not pre-authorised by these terms.
2. It assists; it does not decide
The Service prepares work for a person to review. Anything consequential — sending a message, publishing content, or writing to another system — is staged for a person, who reviews and approves it. You remain responsible for what your staff approve and send.
The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax or brokerage advice. Computed dates and prepared documents are working aids, and must be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon. The brokerage's transaction system and the executed contract remain the systems of record; where they and the Service disagree, they prevail.
3. Your responsibilities
- Ensure you have the right to connect the accounts and data you connect.
- Ensure staff review anything the Service prepares before it is sent or filed.
- Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly of any suspected misuse.
- Use the Service only for your brokerage's legitimate operations, and in compliance with applicable law, MLS rules, and your own regulatory obligations.
4. Data
Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Statement, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
We do not use your data for Twin Paths LLC's or any third party's advertising or profiling. Where you select an approved marketing workflow, we process the selected content only to prepare or publish your content, as you direct.
You may revoke the Service's access to any connected system at any time, for example through your Microsoft 365 administrator, and may request export or deletion of your data.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and correct, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Third-party systems the Service connects to may change or become unavailable, which may interrupt features that depend on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twin Paths LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from content that a person reviewed and approved before it was sent, filed, or published.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the brokerage before taking effect. Either party may end use of the Service at any time. On termination, access ceases and data is exported or deleted on request.
